What You’ll Do
- Install residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems with precision, efficiency, and pride
- Lead and work alongside experienced teammates to plan and execute installations that meet company standards and local codes
- Measure, cut, and fit ductwork, piping, and electrical components for clean, professional installs
- Connect HVAC systems to existing ductwork, electrical, and controls while following all safety requirements
- Start up and test all systems, troubleshoot issues, and make adjustments as needed
- Provide outstanding customer service by explaining system operation and offering maintenance best practices
- Maintain safe, organized job sites by following all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time, including work orders and equipment documentation
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC trade school or vocational training preferred
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role, with the ability to lead or mentor others
- Solid understanding of residential HVAC systems, components, and installation practices
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety requirements, and industry best practices
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Proficiency with hand and power tools required for HVAC installation and repair
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Professional communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Applicants must be at least 21 years old
