What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service issues and solutions
- Document work performed, including parts used and services completed
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or HVAC certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service experience
- EPA certification required
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Applicants must be at least 21 years old
