Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service issues and solutions
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or HVAC certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• EPA certification required
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
